Knox is a UAE based technology brand with a global presence. We are proudly also registered and operating in UK, China and Pakistan supplying solar energy products and premium consumer electronics across the UAE and international markets.

Yes. We deliver to all major cities in the UAE—including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al-Quwain, and Al Ain. Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. International shipping is available to select countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact knowarehouseofficial@gmail.com for assistance.

Orders above AED 200 qualify for free standard delivery across the UAE. For orders below AED 200, a small shipping fee will apply, which is displayed at checkout.

We accept returns and refunds within 7 business days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description. Products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within the specified time. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Yes. If your product is defective or damaged, you can request a free replacement within 7 business days of delivery. If the product is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your preference.

We accept multiple secure payment options, including credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within the UAE. All transactions are processed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).
